We sold our first home

When I sold my house that I
had owned for 31 years, it was one of the best business experiences of
my life. There was much to consider about updating it, or not, and what
to do to sell it reasonably fast and to get the best price. Plus, I am

After going through the frustrating
process of buying my first home, I was not looking forward to having
